What is Solitio?

Solitio is the platform where individuals and companies can post, find and book their domestic services. It is a simpler way to find services you need. The platform is available 24/7 and allows you to book services at your preferred time and budget. Go to Solitio to start browsing and booking your services.

When should I reach out to Solitio team?

Our Solitio support team is happy to help you with questions you might have about your account or queries about how to use the platform. Please send us your query via the contact form and we will get back to you as quickly as we can.

However, if you have any questions regarding your booking (for example payment, cancellations, time change, or anything else that is specific to the selected service) please reach out to the service provider directly.

How can I ensure great result?

Please be mindful that service providers (individuals, companies etc) that are registered at Solitio are not our employees. Solitio does not provide services we only create a virtual space where clients and service providers can find each other. However, it is important to us that the platform is safe to use, therefore, we:

  • encourage clients and specialists to leave a review;
  • block clients and specialists that do not adhere to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy;
  • help with ambiguous and dubious cases. If you have difficulties with your order you can always reach out to us via this contact form;

How secure is my data?

At Solitio we take security very seriously. Your data will not be shared with anyone or any third parties. All user data is securely backed-up everyday on Solitio cloud database, our system uses SSL security and our hardware has top of the firewalls.

Where are reviews coming from?

Both clients and specialists can leave a review. However, a review can be added only if service was booked via Solitio platform. All reviews on the website are real - you can not leave a review unless the booking was done via the platform.

How do I leave a review?

We are keen to hear about your experiences! Both clients and specialists can write a review once service is completed. We will send you a reminder to leave a review. You will have 5 days to leave your review. Review from client and specialist will be posted simultaneously.


Do I need to pay to use Solitio platform?

At the moment the platform is free of charge.

Can I pay for my service via Solitio platform?

At the moment we do not have payment system integrated into the platform, however, we expect it to be available in Q2 2024.


How do I create an account at Solitio?

  • Go to Solitio home page and click on Sign In / Sign Up;
  • Click on sign up with E-mail or Continue with Facebook, or Google;
  • If you’re signing up with email, fill in your details and click to agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy;
  • Click on Create an account;
  • Once you clicked on Create an account you will need to fill in a 6-digit verification code that was send to the e-mail you filled in. It allows us to ensure that the e-mail is genuine;
  • Once you fill in 6 digit code, please click on Activate and Sign In;

Once you signed up to Solitio you can start browsing and booking your required services.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

If you forgot your password you can easily reset it. Please follow these steps:

  • Go to Solitio home page and click on Sign In / Sign Up;
  • Click on sign up with E-mail and fill in your e-mail. Press continue;
  • If you do not remember you password please click on Forgot password right under the password window;
  • Fill in a new password and a 6-digit verification code that we send to your e-mail (check your junk and spam folder if you do not see an email with verification code). That’s it. You can head back to the platform and continue with your bookings;
